Search and AI visibility
Search and AI visibility
Choose this if people searching for what you do can't find you on Google or in AI answers. We show you why, then fix what matters most.

Be easier to find, and easier to trust
We identify where your company is being missed, misunderstood, or poorly represented across search and AI answers, then turn those gaps into a prioritized plan your team can act on.
The result is not more content for its own sake. It is clearer positioning, stronger evidence, and a practical route to better visibility.
Is this service right for you?
Important pages are not appearing for the searches that matter.
AI tools describe your company inaccurately or leave it out.
A migration or redesign may carry old visibility problems forward.
Your team needs specialist diagnosis before investing in more marketing activity.
What you receive
A prioritized diagnosis of the highest-impact visibility gaps
Technical, content, and information-architecture recommendations
Search-demand, competitor, and content-gap research
A practical page and internal-linking plan
A measurement framework for search and AI visibility
A clear handover for your developer or marketing lead
How the engagement works
01 Questionnaire, then discovery
A questionnaire written for your organisation comes first. It covers what changed, what you expected to happen and where you think you're being missed, so the discovery call starts from evidence.
02 Foundation research
We crawl the site, read your Search Console and analytics, run the fixed set of searches and prompts, and review your competitors. You get a written diagnosis.
03 Plan, then build
A ranked plan: what to fix first, who owns each change, and how we'll measure it. Nothing is built until you sign. Then we re-run the same searches and prompts each quarter, so you can see what has moved and what hasn't yet.
Evidence, not visibility theatre
Every finding comes with its evidence: the search or prompt that produced it, the page it affects, and the source behind it. We start from a fixed baseline, so the next review compares like with like.
A baseline of searches and prompts you can re-run every quarter
Findings tied to real pages, sources and buyer questions
A plan your own team can own and measure
Three things we examine
Findability
Can search engines and AI crawlers reach and read your important pages? We check crawling, indexing, redirects, rendering, broken links and page speed.
Understanding
Once they reach a page, can they tell what it's about and who it's for? We look at search intent, site structure, headings, internal links, structured data, and whether your pages use the words your buyers use.
Authority
Do other sources back up what you say? We review how consistently you're described across the web, third-party references and backlinks, and the quality of the sources AI tools cite about you.
A clear plan, not a ranking promise
Nobody controls rankings, AI citations, traffic or leads, and an agency that promises them is guessing. Search engines decide when to recrawl a page, and ranking changes usually take months to show. We promise evidence-backed priorities, a named owner for each change, and a way to measure whether it worked.
Is this traditional SEO or AI search work?
Both, and they overlap more than most people expect. AI tools that search the web draw on many of the same pages search engines rank, so the foundations are shared: pages they can reach, content they can understand and sources that back you up. What differs is measurement, so we track AI answers with a fixed set of prompts alongside search results.
Will you make the changes, or just tell us what to fix?
Either. We can hand over a ranked plan for your developer, brief them and review their work, or make a defined set of changes ourselves.
How long does it take?
The diagnosis takes weeks: Good Business Lab's 302-page audit and redesign brief took six, and smaller sites take less. Results take longer. Technical fixes are usually picked up within a few weeks of going live, ranking changes tend to show over three to six months, and new content and authority take longer still. AI answers are the least predictable, because each tool chooses and refreshes its sources differently. That's why we set a baseline first and review against it every quarter.
